A standalone external temperature recorder is the ideal solution for storing products sensitive to sudden temperature changes (e.g. fish, seafood).
The system makes it possible to define lower and upper limits of temperature and sends either an SMS or email when these are exceeded, it also warns if the sensor is disconnected (loss of signal) and enables automatic and manual generation of reports. Each alarm event is recorded in the history and requires confirmation by an authorised user
